Arrived in knutsford after walking for over 2 hours onTuesday 3rd October having forgotten my wallet, so no cash, no bank card and and no ID. I bank with Natwest so I called into the branch on King Street see if they could help. I was met by a very pleasant female member of the counter staff who was able to quickly take me though some security questions and provide me with emergency cash to spend in Knutsford. Turned out to be a great day after all. Good to see that the personal touch is still alive and kicking at Natwest! Many thanks.
