Initial feedback: Plenty of good roles on offer, but let down badly because their consultants NEVER return phone calls or give feedback on jobs in which you have an interest. Consequently you are left guessing at where you stand, and the overall experience of (not really) dealing with KDR Recruitment is very frustrating. Recommendation: Deal with your potential candidates in a professional manner and they will start to rate you more highly than two stars. Updated feedback: The head of department has followed up on my initially luke-warm feedback and corrected the non-communication issues. I am satisfied that they were not systemic problems, there were a few administrative 'crossed-wires' which have now been addressed. This marks them out as an organisation that listens to its feedback and then takes action to improve things, which stands KDR recruitment ahead of most other agencies. Well done.
